I’m beyond sick of that unprofessional Scheduler! named Brenna! , this lady is miserable, always has a bad attitude, she’s always giving false information pretending to be a nurse when she’s NOT! all she does is work the DESK! Pregnancy is supposed to be a joyful time for a mom not spending days dreading your next appointment in hopes of avoiding this woman. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of attention and care my sister received at this practice. It is clear that multiple staff members are not reviewing patient charts before entering the room, and the consequences were incredibly hurtful. My sister had a large gender reveal party planned and made it very clear that she did not want to know the baby’s gender during her appointment. Despite this, three different people told her the gender—each one walking in without checking her chart or her clearly marked preferences. ... read more
Had to switch providers because My Baby had to be delivered and go straight to Choa. I was told I could come back if I needed for any reason during that time and after delivery. I tried to make an appointment instead of driving two hours with a newborn who just had Brain surgery. They wouldn’t let me make an appointment. With the circumstances that’s very unfortunate.I had no choice but to switch providers to save my baby’s life.
