Now that I've reread the reviews, I now realize I am not the only one who has had a horrible experience with the scheduling lady. How this is permitted is not okay. Not only was it a horrible first impression over the phone, it was just as miserable at check out. This woman should not have this job and service women during the most vulderable time of their lives. I’m 30 weeks pregnant and need to talk to someone about my iron levels that continue to drop even after IV iron infusions and I can’t get ahold of anybody. So yeah super disappointing and irritation now I have to see about hospital transfers

Very nice and helpful staff. Dr Casey Evans is wonderful. She answered all my questions and explained things so I could understand.
