My experience with this office has been nothing short of awful. I was referred to see Dr. Gilligan in October of 2023. I called multiple times and left voice mails and nobody reached out to me. Six months later (April) I decide to try again and see if they’ll answer. Finally someone answers and I try to get an appointment but they tell me I need a referral. This office was very nice and very clean when we were there. She is very friendly and very knowledgeable about my situation and she doesn’t rush me to leave without making sure that we’re good with all of the information that she told us about. Everyone was absolutely wonderful to talk with and it made me feel very comfortable with her.

I have been seeing Dr. Jennifer Gilligan for over a year now and I can honestly say that she is the best endocrinologist I have ever had. She is very knowledgeable, caring, and thorough. She always takes the time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions. She has helped me manage my thyroid condition with the latest treatments and medications. I highly recommend Dr. Jennifer Gilligan to anyone looking for a top-notch endocrinologist in Atlanta. She is truly a gem!
