I have not been happy with this office and decided to travel the extra time to go back to my previous provider after several bad experiences. Poorly kept records, false information and coding for the services provided. Over billed for services I don’t feel I received. Forgot to send in medication to pharmacy. I was looking forward to my new patient appointment. It was my first time here, and I was having trouble finding the location. I called and left a message 10 minutes before my appointment to get my question answered. No response. I left another message 5 minutes after my appointment time. Then I found the location. I was 13 minutes past my appointment time. They said they couldn’t take me. If someone answered the phone the first time to clarify the location, I would’ve made it no problem.
