Dr John Hyland is great. All staff and the lady that draws the blood is great.
This office is staffed by caring professionals who are always friendly and welcoming. Dr. Loy is an observant and listening PCP.
The Dr is great but, again, wait time is terrible. Had to wait 47 min after appt time for 100 yr old patient to be seen.
As a former USAF medic( medevac ‘68-74), I have somewhat different persoective. Every staff member could not have been more pleasant, while focusing on professionally moving things along. As a medic, I recall as ll the practice we had to draw blood as painlessly as possible. This visit was in fact painless. Thank you all. Alex Hoffman
