Dr. Schaefer and his staff are amazing! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great Periodontic care.
DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE – NO, THEY ARE NOT A GREAT GROUP. The “Front Desk Manager” (ie: “I am the boss”), Reagan, is one of THE most rude people I have ever spoken with, and the worst case of a businessman in regards to Customer Relations. My husband had an emergency situation with a tooth, put a deposit down for services, and had to cancel (yes, it was 2 days in advance), and Reagan cannot provide a cancellation policy that is in WRITING.
