Did the pediatrician ever make you feel like an inadequate parent? Not at all! They were very encouraging and supportive Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision

Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? No, there weren't many to choose from

Did this pediatrician have good bedside manner and were they well-liked by your child? Yes, and my child loves them! Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes

Yes Does the pediatrician interact with both you and your child during appointments? Absolutely! They respect my child's individuality and always address both of us Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!

They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about ... read more

Does the pediatrician interact with both you and your child during appointments? Absolutely! They respect my child's individuality and always address both of us Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so

The receptionist made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or the healthcare of my child. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should definitely work on improving their professional reputation. I did not feel safe having my child in their care at all.

Somewhat, but not very much Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? No, I don't think they've ever cleaned it Does this pediatrician emphasize preventative care, such as child safety and nutrition? Somewhat, but not enough
