So thankful for Dr. Blackwood and his team! I had 3 partial tears and high ankle sprain. Dr. Blackwood was always thorough and detailed in his exams.
Dr. Blackwood operated on my foot yesterday, so I can't say the extent to which that was/is successful. I was referred to Dr. Blackwood after I suffered a trimal/pilon ankle break. He performed an excellent surgery and I’m making such great progress with physical therapy. He and his medical team are incredibly responsive on mychart. Thank you Dr. Blackwood!
Dr Blackwood is not only the skill and experience on the top of thousand orthopedics, but also his consideration and care of his patients best interest are beyond the excellent. GOD SEND of a provider!! Dr. Blackwood is so personable, caring and attentive. If you’ve had a poor experience with any other provider please consider him for a second opinion. As a pregnant patient he did not hesitate to provide a foot xray after several failed attempts elsewhere. I left my visit feeling seen, heard and cared for. Most importantly I finally got a diagnosis and a sense of hope.
