Dr. Michael McHenry is kind and informative. Excellent bedside manner. The staff is amazing as well.
I am impressed with how throughout my appointment everything went smoothly. Explanations were clear and concise. Pleasant conversations overall. I would highly recommend Dr. McHenry and the staff to anyone who requires assistance with back problems.
My experience have been disappointing I was looking forward to seeing the doctor and getting some relief in my shoulder pain. It’s been three days since visiting the doctor and I was told that the physical therapist was going to reach out to me and they haven’t I was told that the doctor hasn’t sent over a referral so I’m waiting in vain. So I called back to the office to let them know what they said and of course I can’t get any where there .
