I am editing my review to clarify. Dec 19th I came in and was given a 250$ bill. I asked the brown haired receptionist if that included the 96$ bill i had already received. She smirked and said no the first visit is 313$. I asked why I would get a bill for 96$ if its supposed to be 313$ She said " that's the xray, do you want to cancel today's appointment." I was really looking forward to seeing this provider when I made my appointment. I was new to Rockdale/Newton County and needed to get started with a new specialist. Before I moved, I used to see OrthoAtlanta at the Collier Road location for my cervical spondylosis with radiculopathy. My pain was getting worse, and I was worried about the condition. Long wait times like I don’t have nothing to do with my time, stop overbooking I have never been seen here on or close to my time terrible
I was skeptical at first because of the reviews I had read, but because my Neurosurgeon referred me to her and she was only 5 minutes from me, I went ahead. Every office visit I was waiting an hour+ to see her, usually a 2 hour visit. First injection some relief but after the second injection I was in worse shape. My complaint is that she didn't even talk to me about it; didn't try any of the other procedures she told me about earlier; told me to go back to my Neurosurgeon. No explanation. Nothing.
