This was my first experience and it was EXCEPTIONAL Dr Stokes has an amazing bed side manner and very informative and down to earth. I would also like to acknowledge the supporting staff, front desk, MA, and nurses. Very welcoming and professional all around. Thank you. I would definitely refer someone here.
Editing review to add: they responded with a customer service number and email address. I have forwarded details 15 days ago with no response and when I tried to call the number it's invalid. Provider blatantly upcoded a 10 minute visit for an uncomplicated complaint to a level 4. When addressed with billing they actually admitted to the upcode by using check in and check out time to justify provider time, and refused to perform an internal audit. I had a procedure at Piedmont Orthopedic (6300 Hospital Parkway, Suite 140) today. My appointment was scheduled for 8:30 a.m., but the procedure did not begin until around 10:00 a.m. After the procedure, I experienced significant dizziness and vertigo. The doctor informed me that these effects could last for about four hours and that I should not drive myself home. Great practice! My husband, son, and myself have all received care here over the years. We have been treated by Dr Johnston the most and he is great. All of the other doctors and PAs we have seen are all professional and give outstanding care. Highly recommend this group.
