I became a patient of Dr. Marcus Duda almost 3 years ago. I had Venous Statis Ulcers on both ankles that had been open almost seven years and were extremely painful.. One ulcer was more serious than the other one. Dr. Duda said on first visit that he could save my feet and heal the ulcers. I didn't believe it, but I now have one completely healed and one almost healed. Probably, in a month, I will have both ulcers healed thanks to Dr. Duda's excellent care. Day 5 in Walking Boot for tear in my (Achilles Tendon) . I called and asked to speak with Dr. Yates' (Nurse) for concerns of being uncomfortable in boot. And received a phone call right back from the Doctor himself . A Good Man! I prefer 6 weeks in a boot rather then going under the knife .
Dr. Deveshwar is an excellent doctor. She has treated many pain issues for me and has always been very caring. She has treated me for Lupus and other things since 2005 and my health is much better since going to her. Thank you Dr. Deveshwar.
They may have great doctors, but getting an appointment is nearly impossible. Every time you call you are on hold 20+ minutes, each receptionist I have spoken with (4 now) has been incredibly rude & unhelpful. Lobby & exam room wait times are insane, each appointment has lasted 2+ hours (with only around 15 minutes of that being with a doctor or PA). There's a complete lack of customer service.
This review is long overdue. I have been a patient of Dr James Nitka at Piedmont Orthopedics for over 10 years and have had 3 spine surgeries done by him and his staff. I have been well pleased and you can not find a finer more caring and compassionate surgeon anywhere. Thank you for your excellent care, Dr. Nitka!
The staff was very friendly and Dr Dean took the time to answer my questions and showed compassion for my various issues... Thank you
Chris Blackman performed my surgery and I can assure you that these guys know what they are doing and they take that extra step to be outstanding!! Thanks to all the staff that helped me !!
