Friendly and courteous staff. The doctor was very professional and knowledgeable, also friendly. It was a pleasure going to this practice.
Paid 3,039 upfront for wisdom teeth removal. No insurance. Out of pocket cost for me. They don’t know how to communicate effectively. I went to get the procedure done and waited 4HOURS! Just so that the NURSE could tell me they couldn’t do it because “their equipment” was not functioning.. should’ve called me in the morning or let me know 20 minutes into my appointment time instead of going back and forth and having me wait half a day. Very friendly and helpful staff/doctor. Also INCREDIBLY UNDERSTANDING AND WELCOMING. I was 30 minutes late to my appointment as I accidentally went to the wrong location, they were all very kind and understanding and took care of me as quickly and carefully as possible.
The staff was wonderful and nice and helpful! But the poor exam rooms furniture need some TLC. The hole in one room we're in doesn't leave people confident that you guys are wonderful when they see tore up furniture.
I had an Amazing experience! Great staff from beginning to end.
