Anyone looking to lease office space from Piedmont should seriously reconsider. They are undoubtedly the most poorly managed commercial office property firm in the US. Our company has been in business since 1988 and leased space in numerous Class A office buildings. Piedmont is hands-down the worst. Construction noise, HVAC issues, unkept grounds, and rude incompetent management - just to name a few of the problems. Their so-called Class A buildings are run like Class C buildings. Lessors beware!
