I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Piedmont OB-GYN office. I was told by email that I could set up a payment plan for my balance, so I kept my appointment believing everything had been arranged. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told I had to pay the balance in full before I could be seen. Even after explaining that I had been offered a payment plan, the staff refused to honor what I had been told and turned me away. First-time mom who gave birth at Piedmont who’s loved my experience with Piedmont Obgyn. The two cons: $7 parking lot fee that adds up (14+ visits for prenatal to delivery, not including ultrasound appts!) and the number of providers. I met with each of them and have loved Dr. Elgammal, Kleiss, Sweeney, Garrett, and Combs for their bedside manners. The rest are fine but not what i was looking for.
