Extremely poor service if you’re trying to reach their office over phone if you’ve a concern
While I would never in a million years step foot in this OB office again, Dr. Salamon and McWhirter were incredible. Both listened to me and treated me with respect. Everyone else there is really just interested in their way or the highway, especially if you dare to disagree. Called 3x in 2 weeks, left voicemails and have not received a call back. No one answers the phone or returns calls.
The office is terrible about returning calls. I called this office 5 times to schedule an appointment and never spoke to anyone. I left a message and never received a call back. My provider gave me and IUD and that process was fine, but upon my check up when I raised concerns about hair loss, she brushed them off saying that wasn't possible. Don’t waste your time with this place. Their NP, Meredith was amazing for my GYN appts but now as an OB patient, I cant say the same for the rest of the providers. Office rarely runs on schedule. Make you wait 15-45 minutes for a 5 minute appointment. You will see someone new every appointment and doctors are impersonal and lack compassion. They don’t even introduce themselves when they walk in the room and look at you crazy when you question or ask to be conservative with unnecessary interventions.
