My parents and daughter were in a car accident. We came in at 5:30pm with no wait time. We were placed in triage and only needed the Doctor to see them to approve their x-ray and CT scans. Well 2 hours later, we were not seen. When I asked, the Nurse Manager Christine on staff was very rude. She said that more important patients had come in and their was only one doctor.
