This is the probably the worst emergency room experience I’ve had in my 57 years. Nursing staff of 3 that I counted for the entire ER. I’m not talking about techs and other hospital staff. Outside of the four hours I waited to see a doctor, there was zero communication after that with her until I left. The nurse I had was nice but she couldn’t attend to her patients. My mother was transferred from our local hospital in Dublin, GA to Piedmont Hospital (December 10, 2025) for an emergency, unplanned surgery. The entire clinical staff was excellent and highly professional. My mother's attending physician was in her room doing an evaluation within 15 minutes of her admission into her room. The doctor conducted a clinical evaluation and re-assured my mother and me that he would alleviate her pain with a surgery later that day. I want to personally say thank you to every Piedmont ER staff members that care for me today. Everyone did an amazing job from the check in staff, registration (telephone), xray/CT staff, nurses (day shift and Olivia) and Dr. Weekes. I felt a different atmosphere as soon as I entered to check in, the staff they have here now in the EC are so courteous and professional&I felt like I was in the best hands. I sincerely don't take greatness for granted. Thanks to you all and keep up the amazing work.

Horrible experience my girlfriend and came in at 4pm and it is now past midnight and she hasn’t received any help and all workers seem to have an attitude for no reason and it seems like she kept getting brushed off for 6+ hours anything could have happened with her chest pains and yet she’s still sitting here for hours hurting very dissatisfied.
