I just wanna say the staff at this hospital is amazing. They are so kind and efficient. Went in this morning at 10am 10/10 pain had morphine, a ct scan with contrast, and spoke with a Doctor within 45 minutes of coming in. I went straight back as soon as we came in. After that they got me an ultrasound and more pain meds. The whole thing took 3 hours which is insanely quick. The nurse and ER doctors were the most kind people I have ever met. I would have given five stars but my experience has changed. ER visit, reception and triage staff were caring and excellent. Once placed in a room that experience changed drastically. After ditting in the room for over twenty minutes, no one came in to check on us. The door was left open by the staff, staff walking by looking in room laughing. I am so disappointed. Unfortunately, the staff seems to be more interested in lunch and laughter than patient care. This type of "care" is unacceptable and unprofessional. UPDATE FROM ... read more
