Convenient location. Efficient process. Friendly staff. I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes.
My wife went here for a head scan and they told us it’d be 100% covered by insurance. We got a bill in the mail for $1000 from Piedmont and they said multiple times there’s nothing they could do. I felt we got taken advantage of.
Paid at time of imaging in full. Received a call from collections agency stating balance is owed. Zero contact from PIB themselves after imaging completed. Hold onto your paperwork. Seems like a pattern with them.
I have had to reschedule an MRI here 4 (!!!!) times here and dealt with the worst and most inept admin I have ever encountered in my life. James Anderson initially refused to talk to my doctors office (piedmont oncology) and the scheduling department (also piedmont) who both had proof of authorization from my insurance. Then he claimed they were not emailing him the right forms.
