From the front desk to Dr Maloney and his NP, we have had nothing but amazing experiences! I cannot say enough good about the care this team provides!
The staff is excellent here. The decorations I think are fun and inviting for the kids. When I was there with my middle daughter- there were multiple families of color there and I even noticed that the staff DOES treat everyone equally. There is zero racism there. I can understand that they might have a different demeanor if you’re late because you’re not only wasting the staffs time but other patients time as well.
The nursing staff is excellent, office staff is great- Dr. Maloney is wonderful and very informative.
We love Cassie and Dr. Malloney. They are so caring and loving with the kids! They always take their time and truly listen to your concerns. Highly recommend.
The decorations are way too overstimulating. I felt very unwelcome the moment I walked in. I was told that we could not come back after being late one time. I have a toddler and sometimes it is tough getting out of the house sometimes. I do feel like it was based on race. They seemed way nicer to people who did not look like my daughter and I. I never ever write bad reviews. But I wasted my time coming here and trying to save others from wasting theirs. Lack of compassion and racism is my first impression. I am so glad thing... read more
