We love Cassie and Dr. Malloney. They are so caring and loving with the kids! They always take their time and truly listen to your concerns. Highly recommend.
The decorations are way too overstimulating. I felt very unwelcome the moment I walked in. I was told that we could not come back after being late one time. I have a toddler and sometimes it is tough getting out of the house sometimes. I do feel like it was based on race. They seemed way nicer to people who did not look like my daughter and I. My family is new to the area and I emotionally struggled leaving our former pediatrician. I must say we love Dr, Malloney's office. Everyone has been so pleasant, extremely helpful and caring. Dr .Malloney, Cassie, Soraida, Ashley and the rest of the team are AMAZING!!!!
Wow, let me just say I had the BEST experience here today. We recently moved to the area and my daughter had her first appointment. Ashley, at the front desk was so patient over the past few weeks with all the phone calls we have had to make trying to get my daughter’s insurance figured out to get us in. And Cassie, the NP, is who we saw today and she was absolutely incredible.
