Dr Bowers was awesome. I would recommend piedmont eye center to everyone who needs a vision check up.
The wait time is bad but Dr. Javey and Dr.Paawu are wonderful.
4 hour wait time for an cancer patient that Piedmont was made aware of is unacceptable ! Immune system was compromised and totally unacceptable
Whoever work at their customer service that answer phones today 9/16 should go home and never come back. So rude! Talk a little nicer would be much appreciated. I am sure there is a lot more better people that can handle her job. So sad that our nice doctors are in this facility.

We waited one hour and thirty minutes after our scheduled appointment time to be seen in the pediatric section. After receiving eye drops, we were instructed to wait an additional hour and thirty minutes before our son could actually be examined. We can understand a busy office schedule. However, wait times and appointment delays were poorly communicated in the pediatrics department.
