I had to bring my daughter to urgent care today due to upper respiratory infection. I was greeted by the secretary. When I proceeded to give her my TWO insurance cards she advised me that they didn't take my primary insurance ( which I understood) but they did take the secondary insurance. I advised her that they needed to bill out the primary insurance to get the denial for the secondary insurance to pay.
