PA Jun Kim is great. So thorough & knowledgeable. Thankful for her questions, explanations & instructions. I really appreciate being able to see her when sick. Been going to this practice for 34 years.
Megan and Savannah were excellent. But check in needs work. Despite checking in online, I still had to wait 20 Minutes before they checked me in at the front desk and had to do more paperwork, so I was not seen until more than 30 minutes
My visit with Jun was very thorough. She explained next steps in my treatment plan adequately and reassured all my questions and concerns. I will continue to see her when Dr. Coleman has limited availability. Looking forward to getting better. Check in process could be smoother but I’m understanding that every office has kinks that they are working through.
