I’ve never been treated like “Royalty” until I met this group of earthly angels. Their presence, knowledge, experience, and professionalism is certainly a far cut above other patient care and medical services. The “average Joe” would think he’s in sitting in the wrong office by the way staff speaks, communicates, and respects their patients. Very efficient and I highly recommend their services.

We simply cannot praise this practice highly enough and would give 10 stars if that were an option. My wife had been suffering with a venous stasis ulcer for a year and a half and had been receiving decidedly sub-standard care at another hospital's wound care center (Northside Gwinnett - to be avoided at all costs). We chose Piedmont based solely on internet reviews and we are so glad we did so. The difference was like night and day and she began to improve almost from the first visit. I was calling to find a place to help with an open wound my elderly mother has treated somewhere else. It was great getting a person on phone, and she was willing to talk with me to help answer some questions and eased some worry we had. I’d highly recommend this place just based off this type of care and customer service.

I had been receiving wound care services at Wellstar before coming here. I’m glad I made the switch. I live much further away, but the level of care is well worth the drive. The nurses and doctors take patient care to another level.
