I was going to write this but after seeing the difference between this ER and another one, I felt like I had to. This was one of the worst ER/hospital/medical experiences I’ve ever had. i went around 12:30am for extreme vertigo, fatigue and heart palpitations. It took over 3 hours just to get my vitals!! and even after that it took another 2 hours before I was taken back to the private room and another hour after that before getting any type of serious help! My cardio doc told me to go to ER because of upcoming heart valve surgery and some shortness of breath. Waited four hours and was told by triage nurse that there were plenty of docs in the back but only one lab tech and no beds. Horrible and stressful.
Take the time to read the reviews — they exist for a reason. Unless you’re actively looking for a reason to leave a 1-star review yourself, I would strongly advise avoiding this place. Dr. Reedy — what happened? At what point in your medical journey did you begin to believe it was acceptable to treat people with such dismissiveness and condescension?
