Worse hospital EVER. DON’T COME HERE. They will literally let you almost die in the waiting room. My child has been in the WAITING room for… 9!!!!! HOURS!!!! And still hasn’t been seen.
It completely saddens me to see how people in need are treated at this hospital. People at the front are rude when asked simple questions, extremely long wait times. 23 minutes means 5 hours. No compassion about the people, most are on their phones while others are genuinely trying to help.
NP, Zach Turner was so attentive & considerate of my issues. He assessed, tested and made sure my problem was solved in a timely manner. I recommended this Emergency Room to those who really need the immediate care & they always thank me for their recommendations. I advise calling the nurse hotline & see if they would recommend a visit or urgent care! It helps! Thank you so much!!
