I had the most amazing experience at Piedmont! Every aspect of every dish was thoughtfully added and made for a truly wonderful combination of flavors. All of the ingredients were fresh. The portions of the small plates is really ideal- enough to satisfy your craving for the flavor but not so much that you can’t enjoy your next dish or course. Dessert was FABULOUS. My husband and I went to the Piedmont last night to celebrate Valentines Day as well as our first date-night without our new-born. The staff were warm and welcoming and the restaurant was beautiful. Our server (regretfully we can't remember her name) was very knowledgeable and helped us make selections from their menu. She was also cheerful and kind, which goes a long way with me. I have always loved having this beautiful farm to table restaurant experience within walking distance to my condo. Although the chefs have changed over the years the food and experience has always been amazing. I Am sorry they no longer have the Loaf bread as a starter while you have your drink and peruse the menu. It is already pricey so it's hard to reconcile no free bread. I'm sure they're in transition as they figure out their model to attract customers.
