Food was lousy. Chicken Francaise tasted like they had fried fish in the oil before making it. Yuck! Also it was drowning in chicken gravy. Guess they don’t make saute cooks like they used to. When we told them about it they took a whole whopping 5% off our check! Wow! Seriously though... people are allergic to seafood. It’s not cool to reuse oil like that or whatever it is they did. This is a great restaurant that does service and food well. You can sit at the counter, table or booth and enjoy great food with generous portions served by a helpful and attentive wait staff. Be sure to stop by if you are in Bally, PA
Stopped in while traveling through PA. I’m from Baltimore and wish I could take the chef, waitress & whole restaurant home to Baltimore with me!!! THE BEST FOOD EVER...VERY REASONABLE PRICES...& VUANITA (hope I spelled it right...if not, she goes by “V”) THE FRIENDLIEST, MOST ENTERTAINING WAITRESS IVE EVERRR ENCOUNTERED IN ALL MY 65 YEARS!!!!!!! First time trying dinner at this diner. We ordered the special, which sounded delicious, but it came out with this yellow gravy like substance that was very unappealing. The gravy was not apart of the special’s description. This substance made it inedible. YUCK 🤢 We liked our waitress very much, she was very efficient and courteous, but the management needs to be retrained.
