Really unhappy with the customer service I received today. I wasn’t a fan of the options in the fridge and asked if they could make another one. She seemed personally offended. The proposed custom option was also far smaller perhaps because they wanted to get rid of the older stems in the fridge. Some of the petals of the flowers in the fridge were already browning or wilting. Staff member was not friendly. I purchased a bridal bouquet (a la carte) and it was the bouquet of my dreams!!! The team was super responsive to emails and took my inspiration photos I shared into consideration. Pick up was super easy. Highly recommend 💐🌸🌺🌼
