My partner ordered flowers from here for me as a surprise from Valentine’s day. Unfortunately since it was a surprise I took a shower at the wrong time and missed the delivery. My partner had to go pick up the flowers himself and they refused to refund the delivery fee. Don’t order delivery from here unless you can wait by the door all day! Surprise was ruined but the flowers were nice.
A great place to order flowers - they do an amazing job with their custom arrangements and they offer same day delivery in the city. I’ve ordered from Pictus many times and I’m always thrilled with what they put together!
I have received the gift of flowers from Picus a number of times on special occasions from my children. Always beautiful and unique. Recently, a dear friend moved to a new place for an exciting chapter in her life and so I thought to myself, I will send her a pretty arrangement to celebrate. Pictus immediately came to mind for their creativity, variety and flair. The flowers were received as promised by my friend, with thrilling excitement and surprise. Thank you Pictus!
