Ryan showed up next day to fix leaking roof vent from ice buildup / bad install from another company, After a late afternoon call in early February Was quick no b.s straight to the point gave options and best way to move forward with previous instal from another company. Will be doing further buisness with Ryan at picture perfect roofing.
Quick quote & price. Had three companies look at the job. VERY fair price compared to others at close to 1/2 the cost. That being said, definitely no scrimping on quality. I’ve done many roofs myself (work got in the way of finishing this job) everything to code with some extra above code. VERY good quality of work. Easy to deal with & we’re there when they said they were going to be there. I asked for some additional work to be done & they handled it with no questions asked.
Great job, fair price and professional team. Ryan showed up the same day planned, although it was very hot and completed the job on time.
They did an excellent job replacing our house’s shingles. Ryan and his crew were awesome and done with the job in 2 days. Very clean and left no garbage behind. Ryan was very polite and professional. Highly recommend them!
