I have no idea how City Of Manassas still honor business license of this company! In the past, they have towed my car while it had a parking permit sticker on the window. When I went to their warehouse to get it, I had to point out the sticker to the rude lady that was behind the window. She then claimed the driver couldn't see it! Of course, she had absolutely no option but to release my car they STOLE! Good thing I was off from work and didn't have to get a cab to pick up my car. The are so so so so rude
They are very unprofessional and rude. They towed from my house saying I parked illegally. They tow the car for no good reason and provide no documentation for why the car was towed. The employee was smoking in front of me. You might be better off calling police or going with someone for your protection cause they are so unprofessional that they might end up harming your car. Be aware.
