He charged my debit card twice for a home inspection called him he never returned my call or my money watch out guys!!!
The most unprofessional person I have ever met. He promised repairs would be done before close of escrow, fraud ed mortgage by stating they were done and providing a roof certification and now hasn't even completed the job weeks later. Do not hire this guy. He will continue to feed you stories on why he couldn't get something done instead of doing his job.
Worst Inspection ever. He keeps talking more than working. Missed leaks, water damage. More importantly he is not professional. Very rude and keeps saying how busy he is? That he does thousands of inspections. NO PATIENCE and VERY RUDE and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will never use his service again - stay clear and save your money.
He called me out to do some work Drain Cleaning at house he just inspected after homeowners move in and he did not inspect correctly he also broke a toilet at the house and told new homeowners he will be back to fix and never came back he skipped out on bill for my services.. Very unprofessional..
