Our new home was in need of a bathroom remodel and exterior window to let some light in. We looked online and talked to some friends, found Picture Perfect and bull run. Went with Mike and his picture perfect team from the reviews and work that we saw online. Our new bathroom is everything we planned it to be and are happy with Mike's company

Mike was great, he showed up and gave us the estimate we were looking for after taking measurements and getting the info on what we wanted. The basement was remodeled how we envisioned it with the new half bath. Thank you
Found out the rude way: small jobs are not worth their time. The owner came out to gather information for an estimate, and he never called us back. It was a very pleasant visit, and we had very basic requirements for a kitchen refresh and new flooring. I was puzzled as to why we didn’t receive even a courtesy communication that our needs were not the scope that they tend to take on, or that they were too busy for the job.
We used Picture Perfect Home Improvement for a bathroom remodel. Our bathroom is amazing and working now. Mike's team worked with us step by step from planning to completion. I appreciated being able to discuss the process as we went through it and his knowledgeable feedback really helped us make the right choices for our budget. He worked until every detail was done to our satisfaction including calling back to correct any issues we found. We are very happy and would use him again in the future.
Picture Perfect was easy to work with, kept to the schedule, and did an overall great job. They did our master bathroom and main floor powder room which were both over thirty years old and they turned out beautifully!
The new kitchen looks amazing, so happy to see you guys in the Bull Run paper! Keep up the great work and hope to see you in the fall for another project we have on the books!
