I didn’t have a great experience here. I moved from elsewhere & chose this based on a neighbors recommendation. It was hard at every turn working with them and my pet was recently diagnosed with a kidney disease so I know I’ll be visiting the vet quite a bet. I’d never quite felt so ... dismissed. I hope my darlings got good care there, but they weren’t communicative about things and I became frustrated.

RecommendedI have taken my animals to Picture Hills for years and I have had nothing but good things to say about the staff and the loving attention they have given to all my furry ones. Leo is recovering nicely (although really loopy) from his neuter. Thank you all for everything you do especially under the COVID circumstances.

I’m a RVT and work for a veterinary pharmaceutical company now after being in practice for a little over 10 years. It’s really hard transitioning into being a client. My previous job enabled me to create a large network within the veterinary community and I got to be in a lot of practices everyday. This clinic is a diamond in the rough. I have nothing but good to say about this clinic. I have a cat that had to have surgery for stones in her bladder. Sunshine was diagnosed correctly and quickly after a UTI was ruled out. All of the staff treated her (and us) wonderfully. I can’t recommend Picture Hills highly enough.
Great staff, each visit we learn more and they take good care of Dakota. Very happy at Picture Hills Pet Hospital.
Dr. Sarah is just amazing, as is the rest of her team! We’re so excited to have our two Maine Coons (Lenny & Odessa), our Blue Russian/Weggie mix (Georgie) and our Rott/Lab (Sailor) moving care to Picture Hills. We love the way Dr. Sarah gets down on the floor with our fur babies, loves on them and lets them get to know her as she does her exams. Truly awesome care and a place where you feel like family!
