I was told by the office a vehicle had passed rego inspection. When I arrived before closing to pick up the vehicle I was told it had failed. I was adamant that there had been a mistake. I inspected the vehicle and was right, staff member (possibly Craig) was not interested in a solution and wasn’t interested in checking if there had been a mistake.
