Even thought they say they are open on weekends they close 2 hours early, I’ll be doing my best to hire from other companies even if it costs more
Poor service. They charged my credit card for an issue which I did not believe was my fault, without speaking to me. I believe it was a faulty catch which should have secured the jockey wheel. They have compromised my credit card security by writing all numbers including the 3 digit security code, on their docket when I expressly asked them not to record those details
**Poor Equipment and Unacceptable Customer Service** The owner and his wife seem to have no regard for customer satisfaction or safety. I strongly advise potential customers to consider other options before renting from Picton Hire. The combination of faulty equipment, poor service, and potential safety issues make this a business to avoid. Very good service good price uesd the one of the trailers hooked it up for me and took it back early and gave me a discount highly recommend..
