Wonderful Experience – I took my two cats to Dr. Rattan today for the first time and he couldn't have been more wonderful! Aside from being obviously well trained, Dr. Rattan's tableside manner was truly impressive. caring vet – I am sad to see the clinic go; Dr. Forbrich sold the practice. I heard whoever bought it is tearing down the whole block to build office space. Dr. Forbrich is the best vet I've had for my two cats. One cat had diabetes for 2 years and then had to be put down. Dr. Forbrich came to my house and spent over 2 hours with me and my cat until he finally let go and passed on. Her compassion always outshone the occasionally somewhat disorganized, but kind, staff. I will miss her as will my kitty!

Best Vet – I have two dogs and have been through many vets in los angeles. I have been overcharged, neglected and the vets have not been terribly knowledgeable or kind. Shenandoah Vet is the exception! Dr. Harris and Dr. Forlich are just wonderful. My dog just had a big surgery and they were very kind, supportive and helpful with treatment etc. Also, the place is reasonable - they don't nickel and dime you for every little thing. Competent, reasonably priced care for your precious pet. – I have taken my dog to Dr. Forbrich for seven years and have been very happy with her care. Granted, the building is old; however, I found it clean . My dog receives competent, friendly and reasonably priced care. I never feel that I am being pushed into expensive or unecessary treatment. Rude / dirty / smelly – I've tried twice to take my dogs to Shenandoah Animal Clinic and neither time did it work out. The staff is rude, the place feels smells bad is poorly maintained, and I got an all around bad feeling. Maybe the Docs are good, but I'll never know because the rest of the package was such a turn off.

Hard to get through – My biggest problem with Shenandoah is getting through to them - after getting a busy signal 20 times I was put on hold for over 15 minutes. The receptionist was so rude, I cancelled my appointment and decided to go to another vet. I've worked with Doctor Lilli and she is a good vet - she'd be better off getting a front office staff that would make a better first impression.

great working place – i worked at the clinic for about 2 months.Everyone there was very nice from the get go.Dr. Lilli is such a great vet,she loves and cares for the pets as if they were her own.My brother works there and all his pets are seen by her or Dr. Harris.Its such a clean clinic and it as a great atmosphere.

Outstanding Veterinarian – Dr. Lilli Forbrich is the MOST caring, capable veterinarian I have ever dealt with. She is the only vet I would ever take my animals to and have been utilizing her services for my cats for 8 years.
