My name is Audrey. The service is unsatisfactory. I feel like I was misled. I applied for MMJ last year from another doctor, got it instantly. Here, I was guaranteed a pdf copy of the recommendation. I expected for two days and still there is no pdf, no email from them. Do not visit them.
Booked my appointment with a doctor at this clinic. Arrived there on time, but no doctor was available. I waited there for 2 hours for the doctor and had to cancel my date with my girlfriend. I think they should inform patients about appointment times. Not satisfied.
They are unprofessional and their workers are incompetent. They keep making excuses and prevent you from going anywhere else. I waited for about a week for my card but it never came. So, basically, this place is a scam and you need to stay as far away as possible.
