Love My Apartment! I have been here for a little over a year. Joanne is the best! I've had a few maintenance issues that were addressed immediately. The complex is clean and very quiet and close to malls, grocery stores and entertainment. Although I haven't been able to attend due to work schedule, they have different events throughout the year for residents. Great place to live. Hats off to the staff and maintenance crew!!!
Good For the Most Part I’ve lived here for almost 4 years. Nice and quiet community. I have a nice apt for the price. However, it comes with a price. I’m on the top floor and it gets extremely hot in the summer, to the point my ac is practically running 24/7. Also, don’t expect maintenance to be helpful. I’ve been changing my air filters myself because they haven’t in 4 years, even when asked. If something’s broken they’ll say they fixed it and close the work order, even if it’s still broke.
Best place to live in South Jersey We lived here for more than 2 years. I'm impressed by management and maintenance services. This community is very clean and secure. The apartments are well ventilated. There is hardly any maintenance issue and if there is any they address it in less than 12 hours. The rent is reasonable compare to the quality of apartment. The location is great and very close to malls, grocery stores.Great place to live! Best wishes to the Pickwick Team!

Great place to live! I lived here for about 4 years and never had any issues. Staff was friendly and accommodating. If repairs were needed, maintenance repaired immediately, no questions asked. The apartment complex is maintained clean and well maintained.. And on top of that it's conveniently located in an area where I had easy access to major highways like 295, NJ Turnpike, 38, 41 and 73. horrible experience Lived here for 10 months terminated my lease early because there was mold and they office staff acted like it wasn't mold. I have a mold allergy and they were not accommodating at all.
Lovely apartment Living in this apartment is very nice, comfortable, and welcoming. Available parking, maintenance is always available and reliable. No bug issues and very quiet area. Very safe at day/night, the apartment is very spacious and allows alot of moving and redesigning to our liking. I would definately refer friends/family to pickwick apartment.
