I called for an estimate to empty our Septic Tank. I was completely clueless on the process. The lady that answered the phone explained everything and was very helpful and kind while answering all my questions. I was able to get an appointment within the week. the appointment that was available was from 8 to 12. I explained that there would be an hour that I would be unavailable during that time. The technician seemed amazing he was well mannered and sweet. The problem is the job was scheduled and noone from the office called me to even verify that. Never even a call to ask me what day is good for me. The technician had to call me. I never knew till that day and time that my plumbing job was scheduled, but i was at work and couldnt just leave without notice.
