I'm an RN, and that means 12 to 15 hour work days. I get leg cramps after I get home, and get off my feet for the day. They're so awful that I don't even get the sleep I need to keep going the next day. I've always drank a little pickle juice, and the cramps would be gone in minutes, but then I throw away 100's of pickles without any juice left lol.
