As for steaks, I'm a ribeye guy. But after having the bourbon peach sirloin last night at the Pickle Barrel, my mind has been changed! This was the most tender sirloin I have ever had, and the drunk peaches ( a peach bourbon chutney kind of sauce) was the proverbial icing on the cake! Our favorite restaurant in Silverton!
Delicious food and terrific wait staff in one of the coolest old building in Silverton. Love the stone walls! Thanks for the great meal.

It was nice though I think they could seat people better when the place is emptier like it was when we were there. It would have been nice to enjoy the view and not be in a corner right next to the only other table of people.
