I am speaking on behalf of my Dad who enjoyed his visit and thought Dr. Pickett was just top notch. I also, want to celebrate him bit on behalf of the 4 friends so far, who have recommended him highly. I don't see their reviews here but phrases like 'perfect fit' and 'he changed my life, I owe him everything', were uttered from my friends. We feel very blessed to have found Dr. Pickett and look forward to our visits. We are in very capable hands.

It was thought I had an Afib. The first thing Dr Pickett said first we need to make sure you have an Afib. Test were done and I didn't have Afib. Which impressed me due to him not doing any procedures until making sure I did or didn't have Afib. Thanks, would recommend
I first saw Dr Pickett in the ER. I was impressed with the care I received then and the follow up the last few years since. I would recommend Dr Pickett to anyone that needs cardiac care.

Dr. Pickett is a very experienced heart doctor. He knows how to listen and he’s very knowledgeable in his treatment for people with heart problems. I would highly recommend him to friends and family or anyone with a heart problem

Dr Pickett was recommended by a top specialty trained surgical nurse who works at another hospital. She said that he is the best she has ever worked with and would be her first Hoover for her own family. I had been seeing someone else for a a couple Of years after being hospitalized for A fib and blood clot. I was miserable and exhausted all the time on the meds and my concerns and requests were dismissed and shaming tactics were used on me to intimidate. I don’t ever write reviews but I felt this was crucial. Dr Pickett doesn’t communicate well, he interrupts and doesn’t let you finish answering. His treatment sound aggressive, he told me to stop taking my heart med just like that!! What? I’ve been taking it for 30 years and has helped me. He never explained in detail why etc. I was shocked. There was 0 compassion or care, The visit with Pickett was literally for 2 minutes and that’s not an exaggeration. Please keep searching for other doctors.

Dr Pickett had a very aggressive treatment plan for my case and I didn’t feel I wanted to go ahead without a second opinion. He didn’t like that and was quite rude about it. That is a red flag to me. I have actually seen two other cardiologists since who both disagree with his assessment. I would not recommend this doctor.
