We built a custom home with Pickett Homes, and we absolutely love the result! The entire process went quite smoothly and the build quality was excellent and well priced. They made sure that everything was done right, dealt with our persistent change orders, and dealt with the permitting and city Form-Based Code requirements with no hassle. They made our house unique to us, we are going to spend many happy years in it!

They renovated my house 3 years ago and never properly treated the crawlspace for the post powder beetles and termites that were found and now I have them running rampant. It’s going to cost $4000 to clean everything out. I wish they would’ve chosen a certified, trained exterminator. Instead, they chose the cheapest route which includes a piece of paper with a PO Box address and a fake number of someone who claims he “sprayed around the house for beetles”. I’m so frustrated.
