I went in to buy my very first engagement ring today. When I brought my girlfriend in to look at rings together, the people inside the store were extremely helpful and very informative. After looked around for about 10 to 15 minutes, we were immediately seated and helped to try on various rings. Keep in mind the store was very busy and the customers were very energetic. Brought in a necklace for repair, the staff was very friendly and professional. Repair was done in a few days and price was very reasonable. This was the second time that I’ve used Pickett Brothers for repairs and would recommend.
