We moved here 17 years ago and I have been going there since. I love the staff and Tom , Len and Cindy go above and beyond to accommodate their customers. Their repair man also is the best.

Picket jewelers has always given me exceptional service. Bought my first watch from there and was given great service and was welcomed as soon as I walked in! My second time I came in looking for a necklace and they were able to help me find my style and allowed me to try on different types of necklaces. Their knowledge and products they offer is exceptional and Tom has always been a great help. Definitely recommend this jeweler to a friend!
They’re family! Since my husband has purchased my engagement ring to current day - every member of their staff gets to know your name and remember even the smallest of life’s moments and milestones. Recently, they helped recreate a bracelet for my four year that was lost. It wasn’t just another sale - they understood and empathized the sentimental loss and celebrated as we placed the new bracelet on her wrist. Wouldn’t recommend shopping any where else!
