We rented a unit from picket fence and found the company to be very responsive and diligent in handling repairs ect. We always received a reply same day or early next day, and repairs happened same day or next day as well. They are very kind people, who have found a great balance representing both homeowners and renters.
Horrible company! Very unprofessional. the lady we dealt with Stephanie is an absolute nightmare. she shouldnt be working in this profession.
At the time of writing this Picket Fences has been my property manager for over 7 years. They have kept the building clean, responded to maintenance issues quickly, checked smoke detectors routinely, and reply to phone calls or texts usually the same day. If I had to move I would definitely look at listings they had available.
