very cozy yet modern. super super duper clean and convenient. I would definitely stay again. the innkeeper was a sweetheart too.

I visited Dawson and the Picket Fence Motel last summer. My room was super clean and cozy. Small touches like chocolates in the room made me feel special as the customer. Hostess and family helped to make it feel like I was visiting a friend. Looking forward to visiting again!
Very nice place to stay! I was in the area for work and Dianne was a very gracious Hostess! I was so pleased to be able to stay at such a clean and cozy Motel! Loved the TV and Shower! Thanks Dianne, I will be back!
