They will kick you out for doing the right thing, and for them not wanting to deal with a certain person or issue. Management are morons, have no heart and will leave you homeless. Please I would highly be against anybody looking into living here...DO NOT DO IT!
RecommendedI have had the pleasure of living in Pickerington Ridge. I have had an excellent stay. The office and maintenance staff have been more than exceptional. I have never lived in a community where customer service is their true focus. I have been over pleased with the staff’s service, my apartment and the community as a whole. I would give several great reviews if I could! I’m grateful for the excellent service they have provide me with.
I absolutely loved this apartment. I miss it. The only reason I left was to buy a house but the staff is great! The location was perfect and I always felt safe with the kids playing outside! Best place I've ever lived.

My sons bike was stolen from our back porch last week while we were on vacation. We know who did it (not going to post his name). Please return the bike from where you stole it by 5:00 tomorrow, no questions asked. If you needed a bike that bad, just ask, I would have bought you a new one. Sincerely!!

So Pickerington Ridge have been exhibiting discriminatory behavior against one of it's tenants because of the color of their skin. They have a serious issue with her NINE MONTH old daughter crying when she is in need of something and is either wanting her mother to shut her up or move out if she cannot get her child in accordance with the noise level policy... I wonder if they discriminate against pregnant women as well...if this becomes a continuous issue... They will have a lawsuit on their hands

One word .we miss Amy(former menager). 2nd word -the new menager hates kids .so good luck .you may get kicked out .the place became very bad.and thank you for throwing us out .God bless.
Maintenance wasn't great and neighbors were always bothering us. Rent is way too high as well.
