I came to this practice as a new patient today for a chipped tooth. Note, they will cancel your appointment without notice if you do not confirm it with them, so when I arrived on time for my appointment, they told me that I didn't have one, even though I had an e-mail and a text from 3 hours earlier affirming that I had an appointment. **** IS THE ACTUAL RATING!! I have full coverage insurance. Provided copies from day 1! Called and they said they didn't see the information. During the conversation, the person now said oh no problem I see it, we will send it on through. Another **** has come, I call my dental insurance, they assure me I am covered. My insurance representative is amazing, she calls and speaks to them, offers assistance to the dentist staff. I'm certain, this should be taken care of.
