On October 29, 2022 my mother was transported by EMS for the 2nd time from Glen Hill Strathaven home to Bowmanville Hospital. The two paramedics ladies named Andrea Mason and Michelle Fitzgerald were very professional and competent. They both stayed with my mother at the emergency until she had a bed they were very caring, patient and compassionate. It will soon be a year since I had a heart attack. Thanks to the Emt's who arrived in the early morning hours and helped me. They took me to Centenary Hospital and stayed with me until I was taken by the nurses to the operating room. Sadly I didn't get the names of the three people who first stopped the pain, transported me, signed me in to Centenary and made me feel less scared. Since we were also under Covid restrictions, you go on your own. Thank you so much!
