Hi Pickens Decatur Location, I wanted to come here for a random visit but I changed my mind. I saw on the news about the young lady HIV misdiagnoses last week. Now that’s scary. That provider should be fired for not following up when you seen her results were flagged or if she didn’t see the results yet what happened? This is poor leadership with no excuses and makes the whole clinic look bad. Just because that person is a doctor you still shouldn’t put all your trust in them. Literally told me to be at the office by 7 for a walk-in TB shot. Got there at 6:30 and saw the lady run in and lock the door and disappeared from the front. When I call and mention it, she goes “yes the doctor is full today” .. mind you it was only 3 cars in the lot. Just sad and lazy man.
They misdiagnosed a TEEN with false positive HIV result.. and didn’t reach out to the family or even schedule a follow up appointment.the young lady almost took her life thinking she had HIV. Please don’t come here . If you ever got diagnosed from here please go get a second opinion. This is absolutely disgusting.
The staff here were kind, professional, & efficient! Dr. T took her time and really listened to my concerns and provided care that was above and beyond. She treated me like family & made sure that I got the care that I needed. I would highly recommend this outstanding practice, for urgent or primary care. The service and care provided is exceptional!
Rude and unprofessional. Waited for over an hour just to be seen and it wasn’t busy. Dr was not concerned with my issue and was nice nasty. Won’t be going back.
