Customers BEWARE!! WALTER PICKENS JR IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED! – Had a broken gold bracelet that needed repair. Received a quote of $40 from Walter when I dropped off the bracelet. A week later when I went to pick it up, Walter claimed that the cost was now $60!!! He refused to honor the initial quote, which in hindsight I should have got in writing when I dropped off my jewelry. 5 weeks until the wedding & no dress!! – My sister is getting married in October. We went to CCW first on our dress search and were pleasantly surprised to find a dress. The initial service was great, and after spending considerable money we expected decent service. The dress was promised by a certain time.
